12ft double table pitch £100 (includes tables)

Regular Trader Pitch - 1st April Onwards
6ft single table pitch £80 (includes table)
12ft double table pitch £150 (includes table)

Wall spaces and floor spaces are available, please specify which you would prefer on your application.

Electricity is available at the venue, however, there is an additional fee of £15 per trader and all electrical devices, appliances and cables must have be PAT tested (and in date)

Private wifi access is available however there is an additional charge of £10

Traders are welcome to bring two members of staff (including themselves). These staff will be provided with trader passes, which must be worn at all times. If you require extra members of staff to help with set-up and work on your stand during the event, additional trader passes can be purchased prior to the event and on the day

Traders are welcome to bring additional tables/displays to stand behind provided table(s)

Traders are required to provide their own table coverings and signage and promotional material

Banners and signage is welcome however, nothing is to be fixed to the walls or furnishings without prior permission and all signs, banners, displays etc must be kept to your assigned spaces unless arranged prior to the event

Traders are only permitted to sell items listed on their completed application

Once confirmed for the event, we will promote your attendance on our social media and website. Please feel free to provide any media you wish to use and send any relevant information or promotions for us to use in our announcements and press releases.
